Pro-Cast Studio is operated by Evoke Radio Management ("we", "us", "the seller"). By creating an account, using the tools, or making a purchase, you enter a contract with Evoke Radio Management and agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation (a radio station, community group, school or company), you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Pro-Cast Studio is a cloud-based radio station toolkit: playout and automation (Playout-Pro), a studio clock and lamps, show planning and VT clocks, remote broadcast links (Pro-Link), an off-air processor, an AI presenter, and a branded radio player for your listeners. Features are provided per your plan and credit balance, which may include usage limits such as song or storage allowances, number of users, and AI voice minutes.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service within your plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service, or circumvent technical limits such as song caps or trial timers.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account, including by presenters and guests you invite.

You retain ownership of the audio, images and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights (for example music licensing from your local collection societies) for everything you broadcast or upload. We do not provide music licensing.

You must not misuse the service. That includes:

• unlawful use, fraud, or spam;
• infringing others' intellectual property, including music rights;
• uploading malware, probing our systems, or scraping the service;
• sharing your account with unrelated third parties.

If you use the AI presenter, you must not use it to create illegal content, deepfakes of real people without consent, hate speech, or to mislead listeners into believing automated speech is a live human where disclosure is required. AI outputs may be inaccurate — you are responsible for what goes to air.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Credits are one-off purchases that never expire; they top up metered allowances (extra songs or storage, AI voice time, additional users, stream relay hours) and are consumed as used. A free trial of twenty minutes of live app usage is available to new accounts; continued use after the trial requires a paid plan or credits.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. See also our Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service — do not rely on it as your sole means of staying on air. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including failures of third-party networks, browsers or relay services.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When your account ends you may request an export of your content for 30 days; after that it may be deleted. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms; continued use after notice means acceptance. You may not assign this contract without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition.
