Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — monthly or yearly subscriptions, credit packs, and seat purchases alike.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the steps there, or contact us via our contact page and we'll handle it for you. Paddle's refunds are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy.

Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or via Paddle. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period — we don't cut you off mid-period. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not itself refund the current period, but the 30-day guarantee above still applies to recent charges.

Credits

Unused credit balances are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed (for example for storage already in use or AI voice time already generated) can't be refunded.
